| We were being transferred from Virginia to Hurlburt Air Force Base and needed to find a house. Carla started looking on the internet for information on the local housing market. She was very impressed with the website for Signature Builders. They had several homes under construction, all but one were being built as pre-sold custom homes. We wanted desperately to have a new home in a good neighborhood for our children. Fortunately Signature Builders had one home about half way through construction. |

The people at Signature Builders were very helpful. They sent us plans for the house and a list of things that we could still pick out for ourselves. We were able to virtually customize the home as our own. We moved down early and watched the house get finished. It turned out better than we expected. Some of our pictures show what the house looked like when we saw it for the first time. Since we have been here we have heard so many good things about Signature Builders and their reputation for building a quality home. |
