Much like most people that undertake a remodel project, Steve and Donna Banks love their neighborhood but wanted a different style home.  The orignal house was very livable, it just needed some upgrades. Kitchen, entry foyer, dining, mastersuite, storage and the expansive deck where only some of the changes they wanted.  The primary change they wanted was the Acadian architectural style.	The Bank's designed the plans for the second floor addition which includes a master suite, a 4th bedroom, a mezzanine style walkway that opens to the main living area.  In addition a second level screened in deck adds a relaxing place to enjoy the scenic wooded lot.  Click here to see how Signature Builders made it happen.
