This was a whole house remodel. The roof was damanged badly enough to ruin the interior walls. The Braziels decided to take the opportunity to renovate and asked their son, a local engineer to help them design the plans for the work to be done. He recommended Signature Builders to do the work.

Dave Boylan, the superintendent on the job, said he really enjoyed this project. "Charles and Millie made me feel just like one of the family. They could not be happier with the end result. He got the entertainment room and she got the master suite and kitchen renovation she had been wanting to do."
