| Bob & Pam Burns have a nice home and love the neighborhood of Kenwood that they have lived in since 1977. They wanted to upgrade their kitchen and add some living area to the home. Signature Builders helped them with the plan design and then brought their ideas to reality. |

The upgrade to the exterior front of the home was subtle but added some character to the entryway.
The interior changes were a little more dramatic and gave the entrance a newer, more up to date architectural appeal. The arch and columns were just the thing to replace a double door that led to the formal living room. Glass doors on the hall closet give an appearance of a much roomier foyer. |

The kitchen was the beginning for all the changes. The cabinets are custom real wood construction and they hide many amenities like swing out shelves and pantry with multiple pull out cabinets inside.

Above & Below: The 20'x28' addition includes a lighted tray ceiling trimed in crown molding.
Right: Granite and all new appliances were added including a built-in Espresso maker.
