  We finally decided we wanted a waterfront home. We looked from Gulf Breeze to Destin, and found this home still under construction in the new Cobia Bay South development.

   We were surprised when Signature Builders took a contract on the house contingent upon us selling our present house. Surprise number two, their real estate division sold our house for our asking price in ten days. That was great...but now we needed a place to live until the house was finished. Signature Builders was able to help again. They have several nice apartments they own, manage and maintain.

We learned that quite a few of the people they are building a custom home for take advantage of the apartment opportunity.

Now, they had sold our house for us...they were in the process of building our waterfront dream home...and helped us with a place to live in the mean time.

While the house was being finished we were able to pick out many of the finish selections. Our favorite is the hardwood flooring in our great room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff at Signature Builders could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. We look forward to seeing the rest of our neighborhood completed and getting a chance to watch all of our new friends at Signature Builders help make our neighbors as happy as we are.
