We know most of the quality builders in town from our business "Pinch-a-Penny Pool & Patio Spa".  We were fortunate enough to get a great lot in the Swift Creek subdivision in Niceville, FL. We wanted a great builder. So, we went straight to Robert Fisher Signature Builders. They were able to handle all of our needs. Before we could build, we had to sell the home we were living in. Realty South, their real estate agency, listed and sold our house astoundingly quick, at the full price we were asking and at low commission rate offerd only to their design / build customers. Next, we needed a place to live while our new home was being built.

	Signature Builders offers two bedroom apartments to their customers who need a temporary place to live. Coming from a four bedroom house was a squeeze. But the time in the apartment was actually fun.
We wanted a special custom home. That meant designing the home first.  The Signature Builders design staff were very creative, patient and able to include everything we wanted in our plan. Building was next, and we got just what we expected, a quality home.  Their attention to detail and willingness to incorporate new ideas during construction made the whole project enjoyable. When our friends first see our home, they all say "wow!"  We would recommend to anyone that Signature Builders should build their home. They set the standard for full service , custom builders. By the way, they built our mother's home in Swift Creek at the same time as they were building ours.
